Jeff Chandler

President

Jeff is an IT executive and entrepreneur with more than 35 years of experience in information technology, including positions at several of the major consulting firms. He founded ATS in 1994 to address the IT needs of smaller organizations that often have complex needs in IT just like large organizations, but lack access to high quality consulting support.


In addition to managing the overall operations of ATS, Jeff consults on IT strategy for associations and community banks throughout the mid-Atlantic, and is currently engaged with client work in Maryland, Virginia, and North Carolina. A native of Georgia, Jeff graduated from Davidson College with a BS in Physics, and holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Georgia. He and his wife reside in Royal Oak, MD.

Alex Koludrovic

Vice President

Alex has more than 25 years of experience in software development, networking, and computer operations.  As part of the ATS management team, he has been responsible for building the managed hosting business and leading the web design and development services for the past 14 years. Alex’s expertise centers around how to deliver high-touch services to managed hosting clients in the hybrid cloud environment, while consulting with clients on how best to develop robust CMS-based web sites that integrate with their backend systems in the association, financial and professional services verticals.


Alex grew up overseas in Southeast Asia and came to the Washington, DC area to graduate from The George Washington University (GWU) with two BS degrees, one in Computer Science and the other in Electrical Engineering.  He also holds a MS in Electrical Engineering from GWU.  He and his family reside in Fairfax, VA.

Tim Baer

Vice President, Marketing & Sales

Tim has more than 30 years of experience in marketing and sales, including the last ten years with ATS. Prior to coming to us he worked at PwC, KPMG Consulting, and CLR FastTax. He has been active in the association community for many years as an ASAE member and past member of the ASAE Technology Section Council.


Tim grew up around Philadelphia, but he has been a resident in the Washington area for more than 40 years. Tim graduated from Catawba College with a BA, and holds an MPA from American University. He and his wife, Wendy – a long time association executive, reside in the Mt. Vernon area of Northern Virginia.

Danesh Hussain

Director, Network Services

Danesh has over 14 years IT management and consulting experience serving associations, financial institutions, and other businesses. He offers a unique mix of both technical and business skills. Danesh is proficient in the management and implementation of IT, with progressive involvement in business strategy development, project management, and oversight of system implementations and upgrades.
 

Danesh speaks five languages and has worked and traveled extensively around the world. He has enjoyed stints with American Express, Citibank, and DST systems in Asia. Danesh holds an MBA in International Business from Bilkent University in Ankara, Turkey. He and his family reside in Oakton, VA.

Lisa Gray

Director, Human Resources

Lisa has almost 20 years of experience in human resources with private, commercial, and government contracting companies.  She has managed a combination of accounting and human resources departments for nearly 30 years. Lisa has been responsible for establishing recruiting and retention strategies, benefit enhancements, policies and procedures, and employee development initiatives while here.
 

Lisa is a Fairfax County native and enjoys volunteering in the community. She has her SPHR certification and is a member of SHRM.  Lisa and her husband, Drake, reside in Herndon, VA, and their son attends Virginia Tech.

Barbara Kent

Controller

Barbara has more than 25 years of experience in finance and accounting serving in various financial leadership positions in small- and mid-sized firms, including eight plus years with government contract service companies. She has extensive expertise in cash management, financial budgets, forecasting, and strategic planning. 


Barbara graduated from the University of Texas with a BBA and holds an MBA from Marymount University plus a CPA certification. She is from the Dallas/Fort Worth area, Texas. She and her husband have recently relocated to Northern Virginia.
