Jeff Chandler


Jeff is an IT executive and entrepreneur with more than 35 years of experience in information technology, including positions at several of the major consulting firms. He founded ATS in 1994 to address the IT needs of smaller organizations that often have complex needs in IT just like large organizations, but lack access to high quality consulting support.

In addition to managing the overall operations of ATS, Jeff consults on IT strategy for associations and community banks throughout the mid-Atlantic, and is currently engaged with client work in Maryland, Virginia, and North Carolina. A native of Georgia, Jeff graduated from Davidson College with a BS in Physics, and holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Georgia. He and his wife reside in Royal Oak, MD.

Alex Koludrovic

Vice President

Alex has more than 28 years of experience in software development, networking, and hosting operations. As part of the ATS management team, he has been responsible for building the managed hosting business and leading the web design and development services for the past fourteen years. Alex’s expertise centers around how to deliver high-touch services to managed hosting clients in the hybrid cloud environment, while consulting with clients on how best to develop robust CMS-based web sites that integrate with their backend systems in the association, financial and professional services verticals.

Alex grew up overseas in Southeast Asia and came to the Washington, DC area to graduate from The George Washington University (GWU) with two BS degrees, one in Computer Science and the other in Electrical Engineering. He also holds a MS in Electrical Engineering from GWU. He and his family reside in Fairfax, VA.

Barbara Kent

Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Barbara has more than 25 years of experience in finance and accounting serving in various financial leadership positions in small- and mid-sized firms, including eight plus years with government contract service companies. She has extensive expertise in cash management, financial budgets, forecasting, and strategic planning.

Barbara graduated from the University of Texas with a BBA and holds an MBA from Marymount University plus a CPA certification. She is from the Dallas/Fort Worth area, Texas. She and her husband have recently relocated to Northern Virginia.

Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Brian has over 20 years of experience as a consultative sales professional. He is responsible for obtaining exceptional results through selling customer focused solutions. He also works to develop and deliver strategic business growth at ATS, including strengthening partner relationships, business development, lead generation, and more. 

Brian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The University of Virginia.

Kristine Barton

Director of Consulting Services

Kristine has been advising clients on business initiatives and technology for almost two decades in the DC Metro area, specializing in telecommunications, cloud architecture, and network management. She has proven leadership and organizational abilities with a passionate commitment to team. Kristine represents ATS at various client sites as acting CIO, providing strategies and solutions where critical exposures in security and business continuity are identified. Translation of technology to real world applications and environments make Kristine a valuable member of the ATS leadership team.

A native of Canada, Kristine studied Mathematics and Philosophy at Grant MacEwan College. After spending 11 years in Eye Care as both a licensed optician and board certified refractionist, she changed careers to the field of network engineering. Kristine and her husband reside in Vienna, VA.
