CUI FAR Clause
The CUI program has announced that it is actively working on establishing a FAR clause in FY’19. Now is the time evaluate your organization’s people, processes, and technology in relations to the NIST SP 800-171 CUI requirements. During the CUI Workshop in October 2018, it was stated that “This FAR rule is necessary to ensure uniform implementation of the CUI program in contracts across the government, thereby avoiding potentially inconsistent agency-level actions.”
